Once your StoveCare service is complete we will talk you through the results and highlight any issues via a comprehensive report sheet which is easily understood.
Our engineer will explain to you any existing, or potential, issues developing and what actions should be taken to mitigate against further accidental damage
This may include minor repairs or operational instruction. Any elements of your stove or flue requiring attention will be identified & can be addressed before it impacts the performance
Poorly maintained stoves cost more to run & will also produce less heat per unit of fuel than a healthy stove
You should be aware that poorly maintained stoves can emit poisonous gasses into your home and may become hazardous
There may also be compliance issues with recent legislation and your warranty may be negated. In some circumstances your home insurance may not cover you if your stove is not properly maintained

- Advisory CO2 emissions & legal compliances
- Written operational survey report sheet
Sweep and commissioning certificate from £65.00
Full inspection by a qualified engineer including:
- All ropes & seals
- Internal bricks & baffles
- Riddling grate
- Chimney, flue & stove;
power sweep & clean - Flue draft test
- Ventilation test
- Advisory CO2 emissions
& legal compliances - Written operational survey/checklist
& receipt
Other services upon request include repair of stoves or flue, liner replacement, camera surveys, basic chimney sweep
